Nestle Chunky Chocolate is made with delicious milk chocolate, California raisins, and roasted Brazillian peanuts. It is known for its unique trapezoidal shape with a square base.  Originally shaped as a pyramid, the top was cut off due to packaging difficulties. This unique trapezoidal shape remains today.

This candy bar was first introduced in the late 1930s by Philip Silvershein, a NYC candymaker. The name "chunky" was inspired by his grand daughter.
